Staff were great and friendly, the place was very spacious and clean. The laundry facilities were free! And there were onsen as well on top floor, which I was sad I didn’t get chance to use. There were free amenities on first floor.

The hotel was easy to find. The staff were friendly and happy to help. We had dinner on the first night, it was delicious. We left a day early by mistake.

Location was wonderful - close to many restaurants and a central avenue to walk to shops, drive or take the bus. The staff were very nice and helped me call a taxi when one was not available on the Go app.

Good location to the airport but a very basic room which is reflected in the price. No attractions nearby and quite a way from the train station.
